Shipping Policy
We currently ship to eligible destinations listed at checkout. Processing times and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout and may vary based on location, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as pre-order are produced in limited batches. Any delivery or ship dates provided are estimates only and may change. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of delays.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
Customized, limited-edition, or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

The Wondrous Place set will be eligible for exchanges of faulty tiles within 45 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
